Philip is the co-founder and a board member of EBM, Inc., a holding company dedicated to developing businesses that bless peoples’ lives. He also hosts Business 300, a podcast offering concise, actionable insights on business, with new episodes released twice weekly. At EBM, Philip leads efforts in manufacturing, leadership development, managerial training, and fostering company culture.
After leaving the University of Washington in 2011, Philip joined EBM in its early days, contributing to the growth of companies like Modern Metals and Seattle Metals. Over time, EBM has expanded to include Greencity Homes, a land development and general contracting company operating in Washington State and South Carolina; Northway Products, a CNC machining business; and GCX, an excavation company. With a vision of becoming a national holding company, EBM remains committed to building businesses that bless communities.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Philip serves as an elder at Trinity Evangel Church in Marysville, WA, and is a founding board member of Comeford College, a Liberal Arts higher education program. He is deeply invested in supporting his local community and lives in Marysville, WA, with his wife and three children.

A 4th-degree Machado black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Bryce combines his physical discipline with ideological resolve.
